Window And Door Cleaning
Using telescopic poles and pure water we clean the windows, frames, sills and doors of the house. The system allows us to reach windows that traditional window cleaners cannot. Over the conservatory, attic extensions or dormer windows and above kitchen extensions. Having your new extension roof walked on can be dangerous and costly.
The poles we use are 40ft long so any domestic home window can be reached.
We clean the Velux windows that we can access completely free of charge. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the results due to the angle that Velux windows are at. Nevertheless we will clean them the same as every other window.
We operate a 4 week route so you may have your windows cleaned as often as you like, as long as it is a multiple of 4 weeks. One off cleans are also welcome. We do not charge extra for this.
All work is guaranteed so if you are not 100% happy, please get in touch within 24 hours and we will return to clean them for free.
Conservatory Cleaning
We use a foam cleaner and our telescopic brushes to remove algae and dirt from all types of conservatory roof including the frames, finials and panels.
As many people who paid for self cleaning glass panels on their conservatory will know, the leaves and spiders do not care that your roof is self cleaning. Unfortunately over time the roof will begin to look dirty.
Our foam cleaner does not remove the titanium oxide coating that makes your glass self cleaning. We give it a thorough but gentle clean that will leave it sparkling.
Gutter Cleaning
Blocked gutters can look unsightly and cause damage to your home. Yearly removal of blockages can prevent leaks and damp from occurring.
Using the SkyVac system we remove the moss & leaves from your gutters and place the debris into your compost or garden waste bin. If you have neither we will bag it up for you and leave it wherever you specify. Unfortunately we are not allowed to remove waste from your property as this requires a waste carrier licence.
We will always survey the gutters after cleaning with cameras and ladders to ensure the job is completed and the gutters are functioning correctly.
Fascia Cleaning
Dirty gutter water and algae will make your fascias filthy and eventually stain the UPVC. With our cleaning products and the reach & wash system, we can remove the dirt and help reduce the staining of the fascia’s, soffits and underside of the guttering.
The chemicals we use are safe to be used on the house and will not damage your property or plants that may be underneath.
Driveway and Patio Cleaning
Dirty driveways can be an eyesore on an otherwise lovely home. Algae growth can be slippy and very dangerous as you may already know from experience.
We use a combination of pressure washing, chemical treatments and elbow grease to remove dirt and algae from driveways, leaving them looking brand new and very safe to walk on.
We use this system on patios and pathways around the house for the same results.
If you have a brick driveway, we can re-sand the driveway with either kiln dried sand or weed proof silica sand.
Roof Moss Removal
Moss can be unsightly, cause damage to your roof by pushing apart the slates as it grows and attracting birds that love to peck at the moss balls for food. Anyone who has moss on their roof knows the joy of the local magpies pecking at their roof tiles and throwing moss balls onto their driveway or car roof and bonnet.
We use a process called “soft washing” where we spray a chemical that impregnates into the roof tiles, reactivating each time it rains. This chemical kills the moss, fungus and lichen on the roof, washing away down your gutters slowly and steadily. Your roof tiles will slowly turn back to their original colour as the fungus and mildew dies.
This process takes up to three months so patience is key. That being said, we will return to the property regularly to inspect the roof and make sure the gutter system is not blocked. Your satisfaction is important to us so we will be available to you throughout the process.
